Our khinkali with spinach and cottage cheese is an excellent option for those who are looking for unique taste and lightness. Filled with fresh spinach and cream cheese, they are not only a healthy but also a delicious choice. Their delicate green color and aromatic interior make them an excellent alternative to traditional meat dishes.

Attention! Protect from thawing. Once thawed, it cannot be re-frozen.
At air temperatures above 25°C, transport in an insulating bag is required.

Pour enough water into a large pot to accommodate the khinkali and give them enough room to float. Add salt and bring the water to a boil.

Carefully place the frozen khinkali into the boiling water. Stir gently to avoid them sticking to each other or the bottom of the pot.
After the water boils again, reduce the heat and cook the khinkali for 8-10 minutes over medium heat. The khinkali will be ready when they float to the surface and become plump. However, do not leave them in the water for too long to avoid overcooking.
Using a slotted spoon, gently remove the khinkali from the water.

Serve them hot, topped with melted butter and/or cream.
