Khinkali with mushrooms and cream
Our khinkali with mushrooms and cream is a unique combination of juicy mushrooms and velvety cream. Filled with a delicately spiced mushroom filling, our khinkali delight with the classic taste of Georgian cuisine and will satisfy even the most demanding palates. Their juicy texture and creamy interior make every bite a real feast for the senses.
100% Natural deep-frozen product
Store at temperature: -18°C or lower.
Warning! Protect from defrosting. Once defrosted, it cannot be re-frozen.
At air temperatures above 25°C, it must be transported in a thermally insulated bag.
Instructions for cooking frozen khinkali.
Place a 5-litre pot full of cold water on the stove (maximum power).
Once the water boils, leave it to boil for another 5 minutes.
Add salt (30 g).
Place the khinkali with the tail side down (assuming that a 5-liter pot can hold a maximum of 5 pieces), stir.
Without reducing the temperature, stirring constantly, without covering with a lid, cook for 7-10 minutes.
Remove the finished khinkali from the water and place on a plate.
Optional: sprinkle with black pepper.
After cooking each portion of khinkali, add water to constantly maintain the volume of water in the pot.
