Сzebureki with meat

In the pan:
Add oil to the pan so that it evenly covers the bottom of the pan. Warm it up and then arrange the chebureki. Fry them over heat until they are golden and crispy, turning them over from time to time. Fry until ready, it usually takes 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the chebureki from the pan and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Now the chebureki are ready to be served.

Serve with your favorite sauce and/or fresh chopped cilantro and chives.

Fryer:
Pour a large amount of oil into the fryer or pot so that the chebureki is completely submerged in oil. Before adding, heat the oil to 180 degrees. After the oil is hot, throw the chebureki into the oil (it is best to fry them individually or several, so that they have space between them) until they turn golden brown, usually it takes 5-10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite sauce and/or fresh chopped cilantro and chives.
