Chicken Kyiv cutlets
Cutlet de volaille is a delicate breaded cutlet made of poultry meat, usually chicken breast. The meat is delicately seasoned and coated in a crispy coating, which gives it a golden color and a crunchy texture when baked or fried. In the pan:
Add oil to the pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Warm it up and then arrange the cutlets. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until the bottom is golden and crispy. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes
After frying, turn it over, reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Fry until done, this usually takes an additional 5-10 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cutlet by gently piercing it - the juice should be clear and the meat inside should be fully cooked. Once cooked, remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Now the cutlets are ready to be served.
Fryer:
Pour a large amount of oil into the fryer or pot so that the cutlet is completely submerged in oil. Before adding the cutlet, heat the oil to 180 degrees. After the oil is hot, throw the cutlets into the oil (it is best to fry them individually or several, so that they have enough space between them) until the skin turns golden, this usually takes 7-10 minutes.
The cutlets can be served with your favorite additions, such as fresh vegetables, potatoes or rice.
