Juicy pork cutlets are a classic dish that delights with its intense flavor and crunchy texture. Our pork cutlets are prepared from the best pork meat, delicately seasoned and carefully breaded to obtain a perfectly golden and crispy piece. Each bite is a combination of intense meat flavor with a delicate hint of spices that melts in your mouth, leaving you feeling full and satisfied.

At air temperatures above 25°C, transport in an insulating bag is required.

Cooking method

Add oil to the pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Heat it up and then arrange the cutlets. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until the bottom is golden and crispy. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes
After frying, turn it over, reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Fry until done, this usually takes an additional 5-10 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cutlet by gently piercing it - the juice should be clear and the meat inside should be fully cooked. Once cooked, remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Now the cutlets are ready to be served.

The cutlets can be served with your favorite additions, such as fresh vegetables, potatoes or rice.
