Ingredients:
- 400 g of frozen dumplings with potatoes
- 200 g bacon, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, thinly sliced into strips
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup of cream 30%
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for decoration
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Cooking time of the dish - 30-45 minutes
Instruction:
- Cook the dumplings according to the instructions on the package. When they are ready, strain them.
- Heat the butter in a large pan, add the bacon and fry until crispy.
- Add the thinly sliced onion to the bacon and fry until it becomes soft and lightly golden.
- Add the chopped garlic to the bacon and onion, fry for a short time until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks of 2 eggs, cream and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to your own taste.
- Add the cooked dumplings to the pan with the bacon, onion and garlic. Stir gently so that the dumplings are evenly covered with the sauce.
- Pour the egg-cream mixture into the pan with the dumplings. Stir everything for a few minutes over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the dumplings.
- Check and season to taste with salt and pepper.
