Fried dumplings

Ingredients :

  1. 400 g of frozen pelmeni with beef
  2. Water
  3. Vegetable oil for frying
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper

Cooking time of the dish - 15-20 minutes

Instruction:

  1. Boil enough water in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the frozen pelmeni to the pot. Once the water boils again, cook them for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Once the pelmeni are cooked, drain them.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the cooked pelmeni to the pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Season the pelmeni with salt and pepper to your taste.

Serve fried pelmeni immediately after frying, preferably hot.
Serve with soy sauce or Greek yogurt.
